Zeek brings disruptive point-to-point one-stop solutions especially to eCommerce clients. If you choose "Pick-up Delivery" service, schedule a pick up time after clicking "Ready to Ship". Cut-off time:11:00 on weekdays. 2. If you choose "Ship from Our Warehouse" service, the order will turn into "ready to deliver" status after clicking "Ready to Ship", and be shown on the "ready to deliver" tab. Step 2: Print out waybill and label parcel Select shipment by click on the "square-box" on the left side of OneShip Order No., choose to "Print Label" or "Print Labels in Bulk". for step by step instruction please refer to: A. Note: To ensure successful label scanning, please use "label machine and 100x150mm(4x6Inch) thermal label paper" or "A4 blank waybill" to print. If the label cannot be recognized when entering the warehouse, the product will be returned. Step 3: Arrange pick-up or drop-off service A. Zeek’s driver Pick-up Zeek's driver will pick the parcels at your doorstep on the scheduled date and time. B. Click here to see Zeek's latest terms and regulations. Remarks Failed delivery/ Return parcels If the delivery fails, we will deliver on a second attempt for free. A third attempt or to arrange for the shipment to be returned to the sender/third party with an extra charge equal to the amount of the corresponding order. If re-distributed or returned a self pick-up package to a residential/business address, the freight will be charged at the home delivery fee. When returning, Zeek returns to the warehouse instead of the pick up spot. Please contact Zeek to request the return parcels. Zeek will contact the merchant directly for discussion. Cancel/ re-execute shipment If you have already scheduled a pick up time but hope to cancel the appointment or change the pick up date, you can cancel it before the cut-off time at 11:00 am. If you fail to provide the parcels upon driver arrival, the order shall be regarded as cancelled and an additional charge of HK$10 per shipment will be applied. You can re-execute shipment after cancelling it, the steps are as mentioned above. Please remember to print out and put on the label from the re-executed shipment or the driver may fail to pick up. Additional charge Zeek provides pick-up service within a designated time slot as shown in the Price List whenever pick-up from a location has 5 shipments or less, an additional charge of HK$20 will be applied. If the length of one side of the parcel exceeds 120CM, an additional fee of HK$20 will be charged for each piece, and the length of the shipment cannot exceed 150CM. If the sum of the three sides (length + height + width) of the parcel exceeds 170CM, an additional fee of HK$20 will be charged for each item. The upper limit of the total size of each shipment is not more than 220CM Area coverage Zeek currently only provides home delivery services in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (Except for designated areas.) Currently, no. Does Zeek provide an option for COD? Zeek does not provide COD at this moment. Does Zeek provide packaging material? For example, carton boxes. Zeek provides free logistic bags for use only. Merchants can use their own carton. *Apply for logistic bags here What if my order includes more than one package? The system supports one package per order only currently. It is recommended to divide the order into 2 if there are more than one packages included, then execute shipment and print the labels. After the package has been delivered to the self pick-up spot, is there a time limit for customers to pick up? All shipment delivered to lockers service must meet the specified box size, otherwise "Zeek" will return the shipment to the warehouse and charge the freight. Charges for returning oversized shipments: If any delivered to lockers exceeds the specified size limit, the freight will be charged according to the standard fee for home delivery. If any consignments that are shipped home exceed the specified size limit, the sender must go to the "Zeek" warehouse to retrieve the goods. Otherwise "Zeek" will return to the sender, and all additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the sender. If my package is returned to Zeek's warehouse, is there a time limit for pickup and warehousing fees? If a shipment is not picked up from Zeek's warehouse within 14 days from the order placing date, Zeek will charge the sender an extra delivery fee in accordance with the price of the original order, subject to the-then latest price list. We also reserve the right to return the shipment to the sender at our sole discretion.
