Send your parcels

📦Packaging guidelines

Parcels must be packaged according to the BEST Express Packaging Guideline. Make sure your shipment has been packed or wrapped perfectly during normal operation throughout the posting process.Packing your shipments with appropriate materials in the right way will help ensure they arrive safely and stay intact. 

BEST Express reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled.

🚛Pick up and drop off

Pick-up at doors

You can schedule pick up service 1 days in advance, a driver will come on the reserved date within 3.00pm to 5.00pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. No less  than 3 parcels are required per appointment, otherwise the pickup service will be denied.

Self-drop off to given location

You can drop-off your parcels at the nearest BEST Express Point. Please check the drop off location and business hours. 

Prohibited items

Please refer to the BEST Express Prohibited Items and note that delivery is NOT available for the items in the list. Do ensure that your parcels do not contain any of the items in list before shipping with BEST Express.

Basic liability

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, BEST Express provides compensation of a maximum amount of RM 200 per parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.

Lost shipment

If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of status completed. If BEST Express has already declared the item lost then we will proceed with compensation of the parcel.

Damage shipment

If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 48 hours from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case. 

(i) Photos of the damaged contents, packaging (including inside and outside) 

(ii) A copy of the consignment note 

(iii) Invoice of good

Pricing

For price list, please refer to BEST Express Rate Card

• Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.Volumetric Weight formula = L(cm) x W(cm) x H(cm)/ 6000
• The shipping fee will be charged based on parcel weight after BEST Express measures the actual weight in their distribution center.

OneShip reserves the right to amend this price list at any time without prior notice.
