The Package Type on the label must clearly state either Freshbox or Fresh Polybox. Fresh box is a carton box for vegetables and fruits. Fresh Polybox is a Styrofoam box for seafood/frozen items. It is recommended to exclusively use dry ice and avoid using regular ice cubes. Line Clear reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🚛 Self-drop off to given location You can drop-off your item at the nearest Line Clear Point. Please check the drop off locations and business hours. Prohibited items Please refer to the Line Clear Prohibited Items and note that delivery is NOT available for the items in the list. Do ensure that your parcels do not contain any of the items in list before shipping with Line Clear. Basic liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, Line Clear provides compensation of a maximum amount of RM 200 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. 01 Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of status completed. If Line Clear has already declared the item lost then we will proceed with compensation of the item. 02 Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 48 hours from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case.
