How to feedback on OneShip?

Step1：Kindly click on Feedback on the right side, choose the feedback type (including Error Report and Suggest Improvements) according to your needs.

• Error Report

Once you encounter a system error, you can use the recording screen to record the error and report it to us.

• Suggest Improvements

You can give suggestions about improving functions and OneShip systems and we will take your suggestions seriously.

Step2：Fill in your email address and describe details of error/suggestion in the blank so we can locate the problem faster and get in touch with you.

Step3: Click Start recording and repeat what you just did.

Step4: Agree to the data collection terms and Submit.The video will be sent to us immediately and we will be in touch with you shortly.
