Currently, Yamato is only available for domestic deliveries within Japan. Please select the correct service product according to the size of your package. If the service product you selected isn’t available to the actual package, it is recommended to re-create another shipment first, and then contact the OneShip team to cancel the original shipment. 🚛 Pick up and drop off 01 Pick-up at doors No need to print the waybill after the waybill creation. The driver will pick up the package at your scheduled time and print the label on site and paste it to the package. Please carefully check the information (such as tracking number, sender information) with the driver before printing the label. Note: The shipments can’t be cancelled after the appointment is submitted. Please contact the OneShip Team to handle the cancellation. 02 Self-drop off to given location After the shipment is created successfully, click Print label and you can get a QR code. Please bring the package to a dropoff point and show the QR code to the staff. Please check the drop off locations and business hours. Note: For the drop-off shipments, the tracking number and tracking information will not be generated until the package is received at the dropoff point. Prohibited items Please refer to the List of Prohibited Items and note that delivery is NOT available for the items in the list. Do ensure that your parcels do not contain any of the items in list before shipping with Yamato. Pricing Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher. Volumetric Weight formula(cm)=length + width + height. The final service product and chargeable weight are based on the measurement data after the package is received by Yamato. If the service is upgraded or the weight is inconsistent, additional shipping fees will be charged. OneShip reserves the right to amend this price list at any time without prior notice.
