About ONEStar Points Program

OneShip provides OneShip Services and seeks to identify and partner with influential merchants, entities or persons who can introduce OneShip to prospects who may be interested in using and purchasing OneShip Services. If a Qualified Referee ships the packages successfully and pays the shipping fee in full within time, the Oneship staff will issue certain ONEStar points to the referrer.

1. How can I get ONEStar points?

• There are two ways to earn points:
  • Get ONEStar points by recharging
  • Get ONEStar points by inviting other users to successfully ship the package

2. How to get ONEStar points by recharging?

• You can click on the Wallet and choose an appropriate top-up plan. After recharging successfully, you can get corresponding ONEStar points.

3. How to get ONEStar points by inviting shipments?

• The Referrer will receive an invitation Link provided by OneShip that is applicable to his/her referral. The Referee clicks on the Referral Link to register, and submits the required information as required by OneShip. 
• Oneship staff may need about a week to review the invitation details. Upon review and approval by OneShip, the Referee may be deemed a “Qualified Referee”.
• If a Qualified Referee ships the packages successfully and pays the shipping fee in full within one (1) year of registering as a OneShip user, and the package sent that month can be fully paid for at the agreed time, then the Oneship staff will complete the points calculation at the beginning of the next month and will issue certain ONEStar points to the referrer. 

4. What can ONEStar be used for?

• ONEStar Points issued by the OneShip platform can be used for redeeming products or discounts in the Points Mall. 
• The specific redemption rate：The number of ONEStar points will be issued based on the relationship between actual freight amount and ONEStar points 1:1. For example, if the actual freight shipping fee is SGD 100, then 100 ONEStar will be issued.
• The usage rules of ONEStar Points vary depending on the contents displayed in the Points Mall.

• What can I redeem ONEStar points for?
  • You can use ONEStar points to redeem the following products:

• What are the rules for calculating ONEStar points?
  • If a Qualified Referee ships the packages successfully and pays the shipping fee in full within one (1) year of registering as a OneShip user, and the package sent that month can be fully paid for at the agreed time, then the Oneship staff will complete the points calculation at the beginning of the next month and will issue certain ONEStar points to the referrer.
  • The number of ONEStar points to be awarded shall be determined by OneShip in its sole discretion and shall be subject to the final issuance by OneShip to the Referrer's account. Normally, the number of points will be issued based on the relationship between actual freight amount and ONEStar points 1:1. For example, if the actual freight shipping fee is SGD 100, then 100 ONEStar will be issued.
• How long does it take for me to get the goods after I redeem the ONEStar points?
  • After you initiate an application to redeem points for goods, oneship staff will generally review the application within 7 working days. 

• How can I check the logistics status after using points to redeem physical goods?
  • Then you can send an email to cs@oneship.io or use the live chat via OneShip platform to contact our oneship customer service team and inquire about the logistics status or get the logistics order number to check the tracking information.

• Are there any additional fees for redeeming ONEStar points for products?
  • If you have enough ONEStar points to redeem products, you usually don’t need to pay extra fees. However, if your ONEStar points are not enough to redeem products, and you intend to purchase products in our ONEStar points mall.Then you can send an email to cs@oneship.io or use the live chat via OneShip platform to contact our oneship customer service team. 

• Can the product I redeemed with ONEStar points be returned?
  • Products redeemed with ONEStar points are not currently available for return or exchange.
• Do ONEStar points have an expiration date?
  • There is no validity limit for the points at present. 

• Can I transfer my ONEStar points to someone else?
  • Transferring points to other people is not currently supported.

• How can I check my ONEStar points?
  • You can click on the Wallet ➡ ️ Account, and enter the page to view ONEStar Points. The amount displayed is the ONEStar points balance of your account.

• How can I check my ONEStar points details?
  • You can click on the Wallet ➡ ️ Account, then click the Redeem button under ONEStar Points.So the ONEStar Details shows the ONEStar points record of your account.

• How to use ONEStar points to redeem goods?
  • You can click on the Wallet ➡ ️ Account, then click the Redeem button under ONEStar Points to enter the ONEStar points page. Then click Redeem and you can find the products in the ONEStar Points Mall. After selecting the product you want, enter the Redemption Quantity and click Submit Redemption Application.
  • Notes: The ONEStar points balance needs to be sufficient to redeem goods. If the ONEStar points balance is insufficient to redeem the product, the redemption will fail.

• How to deal with abnormal ONEStar points?
