How to authorize SHOPLINE 2.0 store? November 13, 2024 10:16 Updated SHOPLINE store authorization is available on OneShip. After the authorization is completed, orders within the past 30 days in your store will be automatically synced to OneShip, which greatly improves your processing efficiency. This article covers: 01 Authorize SHOPLINE to OneShip 02 Cancel SHOPLINE authorization 03 Notices Authorize SHOPLINE to OneShip Step 1: Install OneShip app to your SHOPLINE admin panel Log in to the SHOPLINE portal, navigate to Apps and go to My Apps page. Enter OneShip in the search box and locate the OneShip app. Click Install and jump to the OneShip login page. Log in to your OneShip account and complete account verification. Carefully read OneShip T&C, and click Authorize and Install. Step 2: Log in to your OneShip portal After the installation is complete, a notification message of successful authorization will be sent to your OneShip notification center, the store authorization status will change to Authorized, and the orders in the store in the last 30 days will be automatically synchronized to Order Management. For Orders created in your store 30 days ago,you can obtain the orders by setting the time range or entering the order ID. Please refer to Sync store orders to OneShip. You can refer to Store Settings to set the shipping rules for your store. Note: One SHOPLINE store can only be authorized to one OneShip account, while one OneShip account can be connected to multiple SHOPLINE stores. Step 3: Create a delivery option for OneShip in your SHOPLINE admin panel Log in to the SHOPLINE portal and navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery. Go to General shipping rates and click Shipping rate setting. Select Use a carrier or third-party app to calculate rates > OneShip Shipping. Select the logistics services, set the fees, and click Save. Remember to click Update to complete configuration of Carrier freight rates. At this time, multiple shipping options from OneShip are displayed for customers at the store checkout page. More details please refer to Shipping Rates at Checkout. Cancel SHOPLINE authorization Method 1 : Cancel SHOPLINE authorization on OneShip Log in to your OneShip account, click Settings > Your Stores. Click the three dots on the right and click Deauthorize. Method 2: Remove OneShip app in the SHOPLINE portal Log in to the SHOPLINE portal, navigate to Apps > My Apps. Locate the OneShip app, click the three dots on the right, and click App removal. Notices 01 The synchronization of the order and shipment status SHOPLINE order statuses are synchronized to OneShip There are three types of SHOPLINE order status: order status, payment status, and shipping status. These statuses will be auto synced to OneShip when the order is synchronized. Please refer to the table below to check the SHOPLINE order statuses on OneShip. SHOPLINE Order Status SHOPLINE Shipment Status SHOPLINE OneShip SHOPLINE OneShip Processing Generated Preparing to Ship Pending to ship Cancelled Cancelled Shipped Shipped Archived Generated Partially Shipped Shipped Notes When the SHOPLINE shipment status is Shipped, the SHOPLINE order cannot be cancelled. When the SHOPLINE order status is Cancelled, even if the shipment is created on OneShip, the SHOPLINE shipment status will no longer be changed to Shipped. OneShip shipment status is updated to SHOPLINE OneShip shipment status changes with the fulfillment progress and will be auto synced to SHOPLINE shipping status . Please refer to the table below to check the shipment status in OneShip and SHOPLINE in different fulfillment processes. Fulfillment process OneShip SHOPLINE The shipment is not created/is cancelled Pending Preparing to Ship The shipment is created but has not shipped yet Pending to Print/Printed Shipped The shipment is shipped/in transit Shipped Shipped The shipment is fulfilled Completed Shipped Notes Once the shipment is Created on OneShip, SHOPLINE shipment status will be updated to Shipped from Preparing to Ship. Once the shipment is Cancelled, SHOPLINE shipment status will be updated to Preparing to Ship from Shipped. Even though the shipment has been delivered successfully, SHOPLINE shipment status will remain Shipped. 02 Enable SHOPLINE email notifications of shipment To ensure your customers are informed of the latest shipping status, you can enable Shipping Update email notifications in the SHOPLINE portal. When you successfully create a shipment on OneShip and the SHOPLINE shipping status is updated to Shipped, SHOPLINE will send a shipping notification to your customers. Step1: Log in to the SHOPLINE portal and navigate to Settings > Notifications. Step2: Go to Customer email notification and check the sending conditions Shipping Update and Fulfillment Update. 03 English product names are required for international shipments Product title in SHOPLINE is synced to SKU Name not English Item Name on OneShip. You can manually fill in the English Item Name on OneShip when executing international shipments.
