How to integrate your Australia Post account? August 10, 2023 03:35 Updated This article shows you how to integrate an Australia Post account with OneShip. Once the integration is complete, you can use the Australia Post service in OneShip. There are two kinds of Australia Post services available in OneShip, Australia MPB Parcel Post or Australia e-parcel Parcel Post. Register an Australia Post account Create your Australia Post account at the Australia Post website. Note: You can skip this step if you're registered or have an Australia Post account. Link your Australia Post account to OneShip 🔵 Australia MPB Parcel Post account Step 1: Log into Australia Post portal, go to Platform Partners, click Connect with OneShip, then copy the Partners Token. Step 2: Go to the OneShip Carriers page, switch to Your Own Carriers and click Add service. Select Australia Post MPB and fill in the Partners Token. Once integration is complete, you can get your own ratecard from Australia Post when placing shipments in OneShip. 🔵 Australia e-parcel Parcel Post account Step 1: Register for a Shipping & Tracking API key at API Registration, log into your Australia Post portal, and fill in the form to request your Australia Post ID and API key. (If you don't have your Same Day account number yet, please provide your existing Australia Post or StarTrack account number.) In the next step of the registration form, specify OneShip as the platform partner: Are you accessing the API via a Platform Partner? Yes Please select your platform partner: Other Please provide the name of the platform: OneShip Wait for the confirmation email from Australia Post, and then follow the steps to retrieve your API key. Australia Post should respond within 24 hours. If you have any problems, please get in touch with their Customer Connectivity team (customer_connectivity@auspost.com.au) Step 2: Go to the OneShip Carriers page, switch to Your Own Carriers and click Add service. Select Australia-eParcel and fill in the API Key, Password, and Account number. Once integration is complete, you can get your own ratecard from Australia Post when placing shipments in OneShip.
