Service features SF International is a door-to-door international express delivery and logistics service designed for sending middle to high-value and time-sensitive items to cater to customers' requirements. The service coverage spans over 50 countries and regions, including South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Mongolia, India, Australia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, South America, Africa, and more. 2. Application process If you have not yet had a SHOPLINE LOGISTICS-OneShip monthly account, please first open one here. If you already have a SHOPLINE LOGISTICS-OneShip monthly account, you can directly access this service through OneShip. SHOPLINE has integrated with the logistics management system OneShip. You can import orders from SHOPLINE stores into the OneShip system to process the shipment. To learn more about Hong Kong logistics services, please refer to Exclusive features for HKD shop. Application for OneShip postpaid account Proceed to https://marketing.oneship.io/hk/sign-up and submit your application. Merchants using a OneShip postpaid account will be charged by SHOPLINE for monthly shipping charges and monthly value-added service fees (if applicable). You can choose one of the following two payment methods:A. Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee (Recommended).B. Pay a deposit of $10,000, and, for monthly bills, you can choose to make payments via bank transfer or credit card (A 3% surcharge on credit card users). A. For those selecting "Authorized bank account automatic transfer fee" Please download and fill out the attached "Direct Debit Authorization Form" and send mail along with the following documents to the SHOPLINE office: 21/F., Nam Wo Hong Building, 148 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (Attn.: MS Team). Upon receiving your documents, SHOPLINE will promptly assist you in completing the subsequent application steps. For corporate applicants Copy of business registration certificate For individual applicants Copy of the applicant's ID card Copy of the bank statement in the applicant's name within the past three months *Note: The bank account details in the Direct Debit Authorization Form must match the company or individual merchant name selected in the application form. If there are errors or incomplete information in the Direct Debit Authorization Form, or if there are other uncertainties, you can first send it to SHOPLINE for verification. If you have previously requested other logistics services and have already submitted relevant documents, please also inform SHOPLINE. B. For those selecting "Pay a deposit of $10,000" By selecting to pay the $10,000 deposit and opting for monthly bill payments via bank transfer or credit card, please first obtain the company bank account information from SHOPLINE for deposit payment purposes. Upon receiving your documents, SHOPLINE will promptly assist you in completing the subsequent application steps. 3. Admin setup To activate the SF International services, you have to add a new delivery option in Admin. Step 1 Proceed to SHOPLINE Admin > [Settings] > [Delivery Options] and click on ⊕ Add. Select Custom from the "Delivery Type" drop-down menu and enter the delivery method (Name) and a brief description. Step 2 Set up the "Shipping Zone and Delivery Fee" according to your preference. Step 3 As you click Add, the system will pop up a window (see below). Please select whether to apply this delivery option to all promotions. Once done, click OK. Once the above setup is completed, customers can choose this logistics service provider as their "Delivery Method" during checkout. 4. Shipping process Step 1. Execute shipment Go to OneShip Admin > [Shipments] > [Orders] and click on Create Order or Bulk Create from the drop-down menu. Please refer to How do I book for a single shipment? and How to create shipments in bulk? for further details. Customers' orders will be integrated into OneShip's "Orders" page, allowing you to directly select and ship orders without the need to create new ones again. *Note: For international express delivery parcels, you are required to input the English SKU name, parcel weight, country of origin, and unit price. You can modify product names, weights, and more attributes in step ➋ "Product info & Parcel" as indicated below. Next, select the logistics service provider and proceed with the shipment. Step 2. Print shipping label Navigate to [Shipments] > [Shipments], check the shipments you want to bulk print, and then click Bulk print shipping labels. Please refer to How to print a single label? and How to create multiple labels at once / Bulk print labels? for further details. The default sample of the shipping label is as follows: *Note: Since international express shipments often require invoices for customs clearance in most countries, please ensure to print one shipping label and two copies of the invoice to avoid any issues with customs clearance for your goods. Step 3. Arrange shipment SF International provides both direct doorstep pickup and ship-from-store services. You can place an order and schedule a pickup through OneShip. Alternatively, you can also arrange your shipment directly by visiting an SF Express service point or station. For an itemized list of locations, please check SF Business Station Locations. 5. Notes i. Price and delivery standards SF International service charges: Please refer to the marketing email (EDM) sent out monthly. *Notes: The overseas shipping fee for sending goods from Hong Kong does not include fuel surcharges. The monthly fuel surcharge will be based on SF's official website. For more details, please check Fuel Surcharge. Shipments are calculated based on a unit of 0.5 KG. If the weight is less than 0.5 KG, the decimal portion will be rounded up to "the next 0.5 KG" for calculation purposes. The shipment weight is calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Whichever is greater will serve as the calculation standard. Hong Kong to Overseas - International Standard Express: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 5,000 Hong Kong to Local, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 6,000 The above charges are for reference only. SF Express will send a text message requesting the upload of ID documents & purchase receipts (screenshots are acceptable for online shoppers) for customs clearance. B. For a single shipment, it is limited to a maximum of 10 items, and the total declared value must be within RMB 800. C. One single item that can't be divided may exceed RMB 800 up to RMB 5,000. If it's over RMB 5,000, a formal import customs declaration will be required in Mainland China. A. SF Speedy Express is only applicable to sending corporate/ business parcels. Both the sender and the recipient must provide the company name. B. For aviation-regulated items (dangerous goods) in China, SF Express provides a separate Standard Express Land Transportation service. For single shipments with a total declared value over HKD 5,000, invoices need to be provided for customs clearance. A. Before the shipment, please ensure that the items you're sending do not include any prohibited or restricted items. Otherwise, the shipment might not be successful. The parcel is deemed unacceptable when the recipient refuses to accept it or pay the shipping fees or duties. Customs determines that the declared value of the goods is underestimated. Compensation practices SF International's liability for any single package, including but not limited to loss or damage, is limited to the actual direct loss. In any case, the compensation amount will not exceed the declared value of the goods and shall not exceed a maximum compensation amount of US$100. SF International shall not assume any other losses or damages (including but not limited to profits, income, interest, and future business losses), whether these other losses and damages are of a special or indirect nature, whether they are known before or after accepting the shipment, and whether the risks of these losses or damages are known. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 business days after the parcel's date of receipt; otherwise, SHOPLINE reserves the right to reject the claims. Monthly freight OneShip will charge you on a monthly basis based on that month's shipping fees you incur. The final shipping fees will be based on the "SF International" invoice provided.
