How to change the email address or phone number?

When your email address or phone number becomes invalid, or when you transfer your OneShip account to someone else, you need to update the bound email address/phone number to avoid login failures. 

This article will describe how to change a bound email address/phone number.

1. From your OneShip admin panel, click the profile picture in the upper right corner and select Account Management.
2. Jump to the Account Management page and click the pencil icon.
3. Click Send to send a verification code to the bound email address or phone number.
4. Enter your new email address or phone number and click Send to send a verification code to the new email address or phone number.
5. Enter the verification code in the verification field and click Bind to complete the binding process.
