OneShip Notes can be displayed on shipping labels to inform the carriers of your special requirements or remainder, such as fragile items, handling with care, etc. You can leave OneShip notes when you create the shipments. 02 How to add OneShip notes? Add OneShip notes before executing the shipments You can add OneShip notes on the Order list page or Order details page. Add OneShip notes when executing the shipments Navigate to Shipment > Orders > Pending. Select the order and click Ship to enter the Create Shipment page. Add the notes in the Note field on the Product information and parcel page. Click Next to proceed to the next step.
