Sync store orders to OneShip July 23, 2024 03:40 Updated The convenient and simple order pulling process allows you to quickly gather orders.OneShip provides 2 ways to pull orders. Automatic synchronization allows you to no longer worry about real-time synchronization of new orders, while manual import can pull missed orders in time. Automatic synchronization Once your store successfully authorizes OneShip, orders within the past 30 days will be automatically synced to OneShip, greatly reducing human errors in manually creating orders. Manually importing orders Orders created in your store 30 days ago cannot be automatically synchronized to OneShip. You can obtain the orders by setting the time range or entering the order ID. Step 1: Go to Settings > Your Stores, click the 3 dots next to the Store Settings button and click Manually Import Orders. Step 2: Set a time range or enter an order ID. Click Import Orders to execute the order pulling process. Method 1: Time range Method 2: Order ID When entering the order ID, please distinguish the order number formats of different stores. For SHOPLINE 1.0 users, please copy and paste the number at the end of the SHOPLINE 1.0 URL link. For SHOPLINE 2.0 users, please copy and paste the Order number in SHOPLINE 2.0 Orders , such as ONESHIP1051. For Shopify and Woocommerce users, please remove the " # " at the beginning of the order number, such as 1005. 🕹 Note: Orders created in your store more than 60 days ago cannot be automatically and manually imported.
