With Shipping Rules feature, you can set specific rules for shipments to improve shipping efficiency.

Conditions and Actions

Conditions

• All shipments: All orders created from your all stores
• Store/Platform: Orders created from specific stores or sales platforms 
• Recipient postal or ZIP code: Orders created to specified postal code in recipient address 
• Recipient Country/Region：Orders shipped to this country/region
• Total selling price: Orders of the specified value(unit price of item multiplied by quantity)
• Parcel weight: Orders weighing the specified amount
• Number of items: Orders containing the specified number of  items
• Item name: Orders containing specified item name

Actions

• Ship from: Select sender address 
• Select Box: Automatically match the box size for your parcels
• Exclude specified logistics services: You can exclude logistics services that you would not like as a shipping option.
• Perfer specified logistics services: You can set preferences for logistics services. But if you only set up one logistics service, it is dangerous when the courier is available for shipments.

Add Shipping Rules

Step1：Navigate to Settings >Shipping Rules, Add Shipping Rules.

Step2：Create a shipping rule.Let's create a rule for orders shipped to Malaysia.

Name the rule, select conditions, set your requirements, and Save. 

You can select multiple conditions, which means that orders that meet all the selected conditions at the same time will have the corresponding action applied.

Step3：Choose actions and click Save.

You can select multiple actions, which means that the orders will be applied to all selected actions at the same time.

Step 4: Click Create to complete the shipping rules.

Shipping Rules Priority

When you have multiple shipping rules, they are prioritized from top to bottom. If two shipping rules contradict each other, the higher rule will be prioritized. You can change the priority of a rule by dragging it up or down.
