Understanding Carriers

Carriers includes all the carriers and logistics services available to you,which allows you to select your frequently used services or remove services you don't like based on your shipping preferences.

You can apply the competitive logistics service provided by OneShip in OneShip Carriers, or add your own carrier account in Your Own Carriers.

OneShip Carriers

In OneShip Carriers, you can turn on or off the switch to enable or disable specific carriers with competitive rates negotiated by OneShip.

When disabled, all the logistics services in the carriers won’t be displayed when creating shipments, setting logistics services or using Shipping Calculator. 

Click Edit and view the logistics services in each carrier. Select your frequently used services or remove services you don't like, then click Save.

Your Own Carriers 

In Your Own Carriers, you can integrate your carrier accounts to OneShip. 

Click Add Service, select Carrier, fill in the API account and API key which are obtained from your carrier’s account,  click Completed.
