Secure all seams with 2-inch-wide packing tape. (Do not wrap boxes with string, cord, or twine, as these can get caught in UPS sorting equipment.) When reusing boxes, remove or cover any old logos, barcodes, shipping labels, or addresses. Refer to UPS's packaging tips to learn how to pack correctly. B.Self-drop off to given locationPickups aren't available with UPS. You can drop off your packages at any UPS location convenient for you. C.Prohibited itemsUPS does not accept dangerous and restricted items for shipment. Please review the List of Prohibited Items carefully and ensure your parcels do not contain any prohibited items before shipping with UPS. Basic liabilityUPS provides basic liability coverage for lost or damaged shipments. The coverage amount depends on the shipping service used:UPS Ground: Coverage up to $100 USDIf your UPS shipment sent via OneShip is lost or damaged, you are advised to file a claim with UPS within 60 days of the shipping date. Please note that submitting a claim does not guarantee compensation.If the recipient has already received the package, please ask them to retain the original box and packaging, along with any damaged items received, for inspection. UPS may request a damage inspection of the item and original packaging as part of the damage claim process.
