This article will show you how to quickly create a single shipment. If you have multiple orders to ship, please refer to: How to create shipments in bulk?

Step1：Create a shipment

You can create a shipment  in the following two ways:

Get order information to create a shipment: After the store authorization, you can get the store's order information to directly create a shipment.

Manually create an order and generate a shipment: Manually enter the shipment information to create a shipment.

01 Get order information to create a shipment

Once the store authorization is completed, the store's orders will be auto synced to Order Management. You can create shipments for the orders without having to manually enter the shipment information.

1. Navigate to Shipments > Orders > Pending.
2. Select the order you want to ship, click Ship, and jump to the Create Shipments page.

02 Manually create an order and then generate a shipment

1. Navigate to Shipments > Orders.
2. Click +Create Order > Create Order in the upper right corner to enter the Create Order page.

Step2：Fill in the sender and recipient addresses

1. Manually fill in the sender address or use the sender address in the address book;
2. Manually fill in the recipient address or use the recipient address in the address book;
3. Click Next.

Step3: Confirm the product and parcel information

1. Fill in product information (SKU name, quantity, price and weight);
2. Fill in parcel size and weight;
3. Click Next.

Step4: Select the shipping services

1. Select service product.
2. Select pickup method (pickup or dropoff).
3. Purchase insurance and enable SMS tracking notifications(optional).
4. Click Ship to complete the shipment creation.

Notice

1. It is recommended that you add the default sender address in advance, so that the sender address will be auto preset when creating a shipment, improving processing efficiency.

2. One shipment in OneShip corresponds to one parcel. If there are multiple items in your shipment, please pack them all in the same box/container.

3. If you create an order manually, you can click Save to save this order as a draft so that you can edit it again and submit it for shipment.
