Step1: Locate the shipments and create returns Log in to OneShip, navigate to Shipments>Shipments, select the shipments in Received section and click Return. Step2: Check that all the details in return are accurate You should confirm the return address, the weight of the parcel, and the dimensions. Book the return service and Ship. Then the return will be generated in Shipments>Returns. In the case of your customer who has more than one shipment to return, you can use the filters feature to locate the shipments, click Merge and Return to create a return, which can effectively save the return cost! 🕹Notes: The return address in Address Book will be as a default receiver address in returns which may different from the sender address in your original shipments. Confirm the weight and dimensions with your customer if they only return part of the order and shipping it in a different box. Step3: Notify your customer to send the parcel Go to Shipments>Returns, locate the returns, click Download Shipping Label and send the labels to your customer. Please instruct that they print out the shipping label and attach it to the box. From there, the customer can wait for a driver to pick up the parcel on the reserved date or bring the parcel to their local postal depot and drop it off. 🕹Note:You can go back to Supported Carriers to learn about the return process for different carriers. Create returns for non-OneShip orders If you didn't create the shipment through OneShip, you can manually create / bulk create returns on Shipments>Returns. You should add your return address as the destination and your customer’s address as the origin. The item details, the weight and the dimensions of the parcel are required when creating returns.
