Please refer to How to create returns? Step2: Prepare the parcel Write the tracking number(JTRTxxxxxxx) along with receiver name and receiver contact number with permanent Ink on the parcel.Just make sure the written details on the parcel are clear and readable. Step3: Pick up A driver will come on the reserved date within 9am to 9pm and enter the tracking number into driver apps as proof of collection. Packaging guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to J&T's packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labeled will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by J&T at the shipper's cost. Prohibited Items Please refer to J&T Express Packaging Guideline for the list of prohibited items. Pricing For promotion and price list, please refer to J&T Rate Card. Shipment rates will be based on either actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher and is subject to prevailing GST. Volumetric weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) in cm / 5000. Cash on Delivery (COD) – $1.00 or 2.5%, whichever is greater, per COD request (Only available for 1-Day Delivery Service) OneShip reserves the right to amend this price list at any time without prior notice.
