[Singapore] YunExpress - User Guide July 15, 2024 09:51 Updated Merchants are now able to execute shipments with YunExpress logistic service without application or activation process. YunExpress is currently only available for cross-border parcels to certain locations (refer to Delivery duration). Switzerland: L+H+W ≤ 90cm, longest side ≤ 60cm 2. Canada: no more than 120cm on one side and no more than 200cm on three sides 3. Chile:10cm≤ length of one side ≤100cm 4. Colombia: no more than 50cm on one side and no more than 150cm on three sides 5. Israel: L+H+W≤120cm, the longest side≤60cm 6. New Zealand: 60*50*40cm 7. Brazil: 10cm≤ length of one side ≤100cm 8. Japan: 59cm*49cm*39cm 9. Other regions: 60*40*35cm Pick-up ✅ Pick-up time 9:00 am-18:00 pm Restricted pick up areas Restricted pick up areas and postal codes Drop-off × Online tracking ✅ Send your parcels Step 1: Create shipments Click on the “+ Create Shipment” button on the top right of the [Shipment] page, choose to create “Point to Point order” or “Bulk Shipment”. for step by step instruction please refer to: A. How do I book for a shipment? Can I create shipments in bulk? B. How to create shipments in bulk? Please note: Order details will be sent from OneShip to YunExpress. Once the YunExpress system has created an order, the delivery status will be updated to "Created." You can now print out the label and wait for YunExpress to pick up the parcel. Same-day pickup is not currently supported. Parcel size is a reference for YunExpress to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order. The delivery fee will be charged based on parcel weight after YunExpress measures the actual weight in their distribution center. Step 2: Print out waybill and label parcel Select shipment by clicking on the "square-box" on the left side of OneShip Order No., choose "Print Label" or "Print Labels in Bulk". for step by step instruction please refer to: A. How to print a single label? B. How to Create Multiple Labels at Once / Bulk Print Label? Note: To ensure successful label scanning, please use "label machine and 100x150mm(4x6 Inch) thermal label paper" or "A4 blank waybill" to print. If the label cannot be recognized when entering the warehouse, the product will be returned. Step 3: Pack your parcels Please ensure that your parcel size is within the standard size range. If you want to send an oversized item, please contact the OneShip team via live chat for confirmation. An additional handling fee of SGD30/per shipment will be charged. Special-shaped items are not accepted. If you want to send them, please contact the OneShip team via live chat for confirmation. An additional handling fee of SGD30/per shipment will be charged. Make sure your shipment has been packed or wrapped perfectly during normal operation throughout the posting process. Packing your shipments with appropriate materials in the right way will help ensure they arrive safely and stay intact. YunExpress reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. Step 4: YunExpress Driver Pickup A driver will come on the reserved date to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. Prohibited Items Credit cards or ATM cards Human or animal remains religious artifacts Firearms or swords Living things Poisonous or toxic substances Examination certificates, passports, and insurance documents that cannot be reproduced Written drafts, original films, tapes, and film material that cannot be reproduced. Flammable, ignitable, or volatile items such as fireworks, kerosene, gas canisters or paint thinner Cash, cheques, bills, stocks and other marketable securities Perishable items such as vegetables, fruits, etc. Basic Liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, YunExpress provides compensation of a maximum amount of SGD 35 per parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 48 hours from the date of status completed. If YunExpress has already declared the item lost, we will proceed with compensation of the parcel. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within seven (7) days from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case.
