Service introduction Domestics Service Pick Up & Delivery Coverage：Singapore islandwide excluding restricted areas 01 Standard Delivery 1-3 working days upon collection 02 Next Day Delivery 03 Paperless Delivery No AWB printing needed 1-2 working days upon collection International Service SG-MY Door-to-Door Delivery 3-5 working days upon collection Send your parcels Parcel dimension restrictions Maximum weight is 60kg L+W+H=300cm Packaging guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to J&T's packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labeled will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by J&T at the shipper's cost. Parcel size is a reference for J&T to help assign the right vehicle. Please choose the size of the largest item if you have multiple parcels in one order. The shipping fee will be charged based on parcel weight after J&T measures the actual weight in their distribution center. J&T Express reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. Print label Standard/Next day Delivery and International Delivery You should print out the shipping label and attach it to the box. Paperless Delivery You should write the tracking number(JTRTxxxxxxx) along with receiver name and receiver contact number with permanent Ink on the parcel.Just make sure the written details on the parcel are clear and readable. Pick up A driver will come on the reserved date within 9am to 9pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. Basic Liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, J&T Express provides compensation of a maximum amount of SGD 100 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. Lost shipment If your parcel suspect your shipment is lost, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number, description of content and the delivery address. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at email@example.com within seven (7) days from receiving. Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process: Image of the physical label External image of the packaging Internal image of the packaging Image of the physical parcel and area of damage Invoice of shipment with tracking reference number. If a claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, the courier shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void. Prohibited Items Please refer to J&T Express Packaging Guideline for the list of prohibited items. Pricing For promotion and price list, please refer to J&T Rate Card. Shipment rates will be based on either actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher and is subject to prevailing GST. Volumetric weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) in cm / 5000. Cash on Delivery (COD) – $1.00 or 2.5%, whichever is greater, per COD request (Only available for 1-Day Delivery Service) OneShip reserves the right to amend this price list at any time without prior notice.
