About SF Express

SF Express Co., Ltd. is a Chinese multinational delivery services and logistics company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. 📦 Packaging guidelines

Parcels must be packaged according to Packing with care.Make sure your shipment has been packed or wrapped perfectly, securely and meets the safety features to protect the contents of the item during normal operation throughout the posting process. 

SF reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled.

🌟 Notes on oversized and Special-shaped parcel

Please ensure that your parcel size is within the standard size range. If you want to send an oversized item, please contact the OneShip team via live chat for confirmation. An additional handling fee of SGD30/per shipment will be charged.

Special-shaped items are not accepted. If you want to send them, please contact the OneShip team via live chat for confirmation. An additional handling fee of SGD30/per shipment will be charged.

SF Express reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled.

🚛 Pickup 

Driver Pickup

You can schedule pick up service 3-5 days in advance, a driver will come on the reserved date within 9:30 am to 18:00 pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone

🚫Prohibited items

For security reasons and compliance with the law, SF Express may deal with your items, if you send prohibited goods or restricted goods, including but not limited to, disposing of the parcels. To avoid any losses, please carefully check the full list of prohibited or restricted items.
 

📌Basic liability

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, SF Express provide compensate a maximum amount of USD 100 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower.

Lost shipment

If your parcel suspect your shipment is lost, please kindly email us at cs@oneship.io within 7 days, 

with the tracking number, description of content and the delivery address.

Damage shipment

If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 48 hours from the date the parcel has been received. Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process:

1. Image of the physical label
2. External image of the packaging
3. Internal image of the packaging
4. Image of the physical parcel and area of damage
5. Invoice of shipment with tracking number

If a claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, SF shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void.

💰Pricing

• For promotion and price list, please refer to SF Express Rate Card
• Shipment rate is based on chargeable weight and is subject to prevailing GST.
• OneShip reserves the right to amend this price list at any time without prior notice.
• Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. Volumetric Weight formula = height (cm) x width(cm) x length(cm) / 5000
