Service Introduction UPS offers efficient services below to ship internationally. Currently, the services are available for shipments from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, or the USA. UPS Worldwide Express® Reach destination anywhere between 1-3 business days Delivery by 3:00 pm to most areas UPS Worldwide Express Saver® Reach destination anywhere between 1-3 business days Delivery by the end of the day UPS Worldwide Expedited® Reach destination anywhere between 3-5 business days Delivery by the end of the day UPS sub-account According to UPS requirements, before using UPS services, you must first fill in the information to register a UPS account. Step 1: Click the Service Application to apply for UPS service Log in to OneShip, click Service Application in the upper right corner. Click Apply > Service provider sub-account application, select UPS and click Next. Step 2: Complete the application form Fill in the required information and submit your application. Your IP address will be auto-filled in, if it is not recognized, please fill it in yourself. Shipping Address will not affect the shipment. UPS has strict verification of Shipping Address. Please enter it as simply as possible(Street name only. For example, "Orchard Road") . If there is a problem with the Shipping Address, an error will be returned (as shown in the figure below) Step 3:UPS sub-account is created successfully It’s all good now! You can start your UPS international services through OneShip. If you have not registered a UPS sub-account, an error message will be displayed when using the UPS service: Missing shipper information. At this time, you can click "book" and the system will display a pop-up window prompting you to register a UPS sub-account. Click "go register" and you will enter step 1 of UPS sub-account. Optional Value-added Services Delivery Confirmation You can choose Signature Required or Adult Signature Required services. For both, UPS requests a signature before releasing the shipment and provides printed confirmation. With the Adult Signature Required service, UPS will only release a shipment to an adult (at least 21 years old) and may request photo identification for age verification. Declared Value For each shipment with a declared value over US$100.00 (or local currency equivalent), you can purchase insurance against loss or damage. Carbon Offset UPS calculates the CO2 emissions associated with the parcel transport and purchases carbon offsets to balance out the CO2 impact. Delivery to the Recipient's Address Only Except for your requests, the parcel may not be re-routed, re-directed, or delivered, to an alternate address other than the recipient's address. Prohibited, Restricted, and Special-care Items For security reasons and compliance with the law, UPS may deal with your items, if you send prohibited goods or restricted goods, including but not limited to, disposing of the parcels. To avoid any losses, please carefully check the full list ofprohibited or restricted items. Furthermore, every country has different shipping restrictions. Look up country-specific shipping restrictions. Prohibited items include but are not limited to the following: Shipments prohibited by law Bank bills, notes, or currency Common fireworks Hazardous waste or hazardous waste service Human remains, fetal remains, human body parts, human embryos, or components thereof Ivory Marijuana, including marijuana intended for medical use and Cannabidoil ("CBD") derived from Marijuana Postage stamps Shark fins Vape products within, to or from the U.S Restricted items include but are not limited to the following: Alcoholic beverages (See guides for shipping beer, shipping wine and shipping spirits) Animal products, non-domesticated (e.g., mother of pearl inlay, snakeskin watch bands) Articles of high/unusual value Ammunition (except as expressly provided in the "UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service - United States" beginning on page 136) Biological substances, Category B and exempt human or animal specimens Dangerous goods (UPS Guide for Transporting Hazardous Materials) Firearms and weapons (including inert and replica explosive weapons) Furs Gold or other precious metals Hemp and CBD Live animals Perishables Personal effects Plants and seeds require a UPS account Tobacco Specifications and Packing Size and weight limits for each parcel are as follows: Up to 68 kg in weight Up to 274 centimeters in length (the longest side is length) Up to 400 centimeters in length and girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] combined To make sure your parcels don’t get damaged during the despatch process, packaging your items appropriately is important. Find a rigid box that has all its flaps intact and use strong shipping tape. Wrap all items separately and use plenty of cushioning materials to protect your items. Ensure that the label on the packaging has clear and correct delivery information. Pickup and Dropoff Driver Pickup 🔵 Book the Pick-up Service after submitting UPS shipments Step 1:Select booked shipments and request for Pick-up Service. Step 2:Select pickup date and Submit. Step 3:View more appointment details in the Notification Center. 🕹Notes: Pickup is available from morning to afternoon, Monday through Friday, excluding UPS holidays Same-day pickup needs to be requested by 12 noon. UPS will collect all parcels with a single pick-up request. Dropoff You can also drop off your items at a convenient drop-off location. Go find one that is near you. Claim In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where UPS is at fault, you’re entitled to make a claim. A shipment is automatically protected against loss or damage up to US$100.00 (or local currency equivalent) per shipment, or the declared value of the parcel, whichever is lower. Shipments with a declared value above US$100.00 are protected with a charge. The maximum declared value and the maximum legal responsibility of UPS is US$50,000.00 per shipment. Lost Shipment If your shipment is lost, please kindly email us at cs@oneship.io with the tracking number, description of the content, the delivery address, and invoice of shipment with the tracking number. Damaged Shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneshio.io within 30 days from receiving it. Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process: Image of the physical label External image of the packaging Internal image of the packaging Image of the physical parcel and area of damage Invoice of shipment with tracking reference number If the claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, UPS shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void.
