Tracking information in Shipments Log in to OneShip portal, navigate to Shipments -> Shipments, select any shipment to view the current tracking status and location. Tracking notifications to your customers When the shipment status is updated to Picked-up, OneShip will automatically send a tracking email notification to the recipient, which allows the recipient to track the shipment. Navigate to Tracking -> Settings to view the notification templates in Delivery tracking notification section. If you want to send more notifications for different shipment statuses, send SMS notifications or design your own branded notification templates, you‘ll need to upgrade your OneClub plan. Tracking page to your customers OneShip provides you with a free tracking page to share with your customers, which includes not only tracking status but also detailed tracking information. Navigate to Tracking -> Settings to view the tracking page template in Delivery tracking page section. If you want to have your own branded tracking page, you'll need to upgrade your OneClub plan.
