Book a shipment Step1: Create a shipment Navigate to Shipments > Orders, click +Create Order > Create order at the top right. Note: If you have eCommerce stores and have completed the integration, sales orders will be auto synced to OneShip, you can switch to Pending section and directly select the order and click Ship. Step2: Fill in sender and recipient addresses. Step3: Fill in Product Info & Parcel information Step4: Select Carrier service and ship 1. Print labels and packing slips Step1: Go back to Orders, switch to Pending to print section. Step2: Select the shipment(s). Step3: Click Print packing slips and Print label. 3. Pick up or drop off Pick-up at doors You should schedule pick up service when/after submitting the shipment, a driver will come on the reserved date and will contact you via phone.
