Merchants who sign up for OneShip for the first time are entitled to a free one-month trial of OneClub Plus Plan, which includes basic and upgraded features. You can choose a plan that suits your fulfillment process after the trial.

① Account Management

You can manage your OneShip account information in the upper right corner of the panel.

② Quick top-up entrance

It is recommended to top up your OneShip Wallet before executing shipments if you’re a prepaid user.

③ Quick Ship

You can go directly to the shipment creation page to quickly send your shipment.

④ Live Chat

If you have an e-commerce store, it is recommended to connect your store to OneShip first to better manage your store orders. You can proceed to the next step: Step 2. Store authorization
