Domestic service Service provided Covers most of Australia within 3-5 days Both ATL and signature service are available Weight Consignment is priced at the higher of dead weight and volumetric weight. Items must not exceed the 25kg limit dead weight or 40 kg cubic weight Available Suburbs Make sure both your sender and recipient address are in the latest Location Master before selecting domestic service. You can only schedule 5 business days in advance,except weekends. Domestic Insurance Complimentary insurance up to AUD$1000 An excess fee of $100 per consignment is required The consignment with ATL option is no longer covered by Insurance Any claim for loss or damage must be made within 14 days of the ETA date or the delivery date. Basic liability Lost Shipment If your shipment is lost, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days with the tracking number, description of the content, the delivery address, and invoice of shipment with the tracking number. Damaged Shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days from the date the item has been received.
