Express Post is still the fastest way to deliver within Australia, although Australia Post can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery currently. The carrier aims to deliver: between 1 - 4 business days within the same state between 1 - 5 business days interstate (metro to metro) Parcel Post When you are considering economic domestic delivery, Parcel Post is your best choice. You can get customer orders delivered from 2+ business days with the cost-effective and trackable regular delivery service. The carrier aims to deliver: between 2 - 5 business days within the same state between 3 - 6 business days interstate (metro to metro) International Express When sending urgent parcels globally, you can choose International Express for priority delivery. The carrier aims to deliver between 4 - 18 business days. Send your parcels Packaging & Specifications You can send parcels within the maximum size and weight. The size and weight determine your postage costs. Maximum parcel size and weight: To ship your parcels effectively with damage, packaging your items appropriately is important. Here are some tips for your information. Protect your bendable item with rigid mailers or thick cardboard before packaging Wrap your fragile item in tissue paper or bubble wrap before packaging Choose the right packaging, not too large or small Use shredded paper or void filler to fill empty spaces Print your label correctly and clearly and place it on a flat surface For tips on packing specific types of items, you can refer to the Packaging Guide. Arrange the collection Australia Post can help deliver your parcels by dropoff or pickup for your choice. Dropoff Lodge your parcels at one of 4,300+ Post Offices, 635+ Australia Post Parcel Lockers, or 15,500+ Street Posting Boxes. Pick up (will be available soon) Same business day: Parcels booked before 1 pm will be picked up between 9 am and 4 pm on the same day. Next business day: Parcels booked before midnight will be picked up the next business day. Note: Per pickup limits 100 parcels. Dangerous & Prohibited Items If you send prohibited goods or restricted goods, OneShip may deal with your items, such as disposing of the parcels concerned. To avoid losses, It’s important you’re aware some substances can't be posted. Examples include: Flammable liquids like nail polish, paint, or perfume Flammable solids like safety matches or self-heating items such as instant meals, with packaging that contains a solid flammable substance that can self-combust Aerosols such as butane cigarette lighters Explosives like flares, fireworks, or ammunition Corrosives such as batteries For security and compliance with the law, please carefully check the full list of Dangerous & Prohibited Items. Items sent overseas should be accepted by the customs department of the destination country. Use the International Post Guide to search customs rules by country. Basic Liability When your items are lost or damaged, you’re entitled to claim compensation from OneShip up to $100. For delayed items, compensation is only available for Express Post service. Requests for compensation must be lodged within: 6 months of the item being posted or 30 days of delivery, or the intended date of delivery, for International Courier or International Express items. Compensation is not available for any items: with no proof of lodgement (for example, a postage or lodgement receipt or the tracking sticker found on certain prepaid satchels and envelopes); which contain bank notes, bullion, or similar items; which contain any items or dangerous goods that are prohibited either by Australia Post or by the postal service of the destination country; which were not adequately packed; or where damage was not caused by Australia Post/OneShip. Lost Shipment If your shipment is lost, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days with the tracking number, description of the content, the delivery address, and invoice of shipment with the tracking number. Damaged Shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days from the date the item has been received.Please provide the following supporting documents to expedite the process: Image of the physical label External image of the packaging Internal image of the packaging Image of the physical parcel and area of damage Invoice of shipment with tracking reference number If the claim is not made within duration or failing to provide above mentioned supporting documents, OneShip shall have no liability whatsoever and the claim will be considered null and void.
