Shipping Rates at Checkout With Shipping Rates at Checkout, multiple logistics services from OneShip are provided in real time in the store checkout process. You can provide the cheapest, fastest, and best cost-effective shipping options for specific items via Shipping Rules. To improve the accuracy of shipping rate,product information must be synced from your store, especially size and weight information, so please make sure that the product information is as complete as possible. Supported Stores SHOPLINE Step 1:log in to OneShip portal, navigate to Settings > Your Stores >Stores Settings, jump to Shipping Rates at Checkout and Settings. Complete the Default Size and Weight, Save and enable the feature. Q:What does Default Size and Weight work on? A:The absence of size and weight information will result in shipping rates not being available at checkout, in which case the default size and weight will be used to calculate shipping rates. NO size and weight information for Products in your store NO actions for parcel box in Shipping Rules NO default parcel size in Settings>Others 🕹Note: Store authorization must be completed before enabling Shipping Rates at checkout feature. Step 2:Log in to SHOPLINE portal, navigate to Settings>Location, Add a location, choose one as the default location, which determines the shipping services available to you. 🕹Note: It is recommended that the default location in SHOPLINE should be consistent with the sender address on OneShip. Step 3: Navigate to Settings>Shipping and Delivery, go to General shipping rates and click Shipping rate setting. Click Add shipping rates button,tick Use a Carrier or third-party app to calculate rates and select OneShip Shipping. Step 4:Select the shipping services you would like to provide to your customer, configure the Procession fee, and click Done. Step 5:Remember to click Update to complete configuration of Carrier freight rates. At this time, multiple shipping options from OneShip are displayed for customers at store checkout page. How Shipping Rates are calculated at Checkout? OneShip calculates the shipping rates based on the recipient address (entered by the customer), product information and size and weight information. OneShip is unable to calculate shipping rates without the information needed to create a shipment. You should complete the necessary settings before enabling this feature. If the above settings are correct and the information is complete, then your customers can choose multiple logistics services based on their needs to facilitate order fulfillment. Address When your customers enter the address at Checkout, OneShip will locate a recipient location according to the postal code, province, city, district, and use it as the recipient address; Also get the sender address you saved on OneShip as the sender location. It is recommended to add the shipping address in Shipping Rules to make sure the shipping rates are available. Products For shipping rates at checkout work accurately, product information such as SKU and item are required to be synced from your store. Size and weight information is so necessary that it is recommended that you can default box size via Shipping Rules or default size and weight information in Others>Default parcel size or Your Stores>Default Size and Weight.
