Currently Only available for SHOPLINE and Shopify stores. Enable the store notifications Step 1: Log in to OneShiop portal, navigate to Settings > Your Stores, click Store Settings, then click Edit in the Order Sync. Step2: Click Order status synchronize and turn on the button to sync OneShip order/shipment status to your store. Step3:Turn on the Send email button to trigger your store to send a store notification to your customer when OneShip order/shipment status is updated to the status of your choice. Do remember to click Completed to save your configuration. 🕹 Note: The Send Email button only appears when the Sync Status button is turned on. The notifications will not be sent when the Send Email button is turned off. Step4:Click Save in the lower right corner to save your store setting. Step5:Turn on the notification button in your store. If you are a SHOPLINE user, please skip this step. If you are a Shopify user, please make sure the store notifications button is turned on. Log in to the Shopify portal, navigate to Settings > Notifications. Go to the Customer notifications page. Turn on the shipping status notifications button in the Shipping updated section.
