How to top-up credits to your OneShip wallet?

OneShip prepaid merchants should top-up credits to their OneShip wallets before executing the shipments. This article explains step by step how to top-up credits.

01 Top-up credits

Step 1: Go to your OneShip wallet

Log in to OneShip portal, navigate to Wallet on the left menu bar or find a wallet icon on the upper right of the admin panel to enter the wallet page.

Step 2: Top-up to your wallet

Both online and offline payment are supported in OneShip Wallet.

A: Online top-up

  1. Select the top-up plan and click Top up now.
  2. Select the payment method and click Go checkout.
  3. Confirm the payment information and click Pay Now.
  4. Add your credit card, check the box to agree to the terms, and click OK.

The top-up amount  will be automatically added to your wallet. A top-up notification will be sent to your email and OneShip Notification Center.  

Note:

For Malaysian merchants to top up via credit cards, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. AMEX is not accepted.

 

B. Offline top-up

Offline payment methods vary in regions. This article takes Malaysia as an example.

  1. Click Offline top up on the upper right of the top-up plan.
  2. Click Pay Now and jump to the checkout page.
  3. Select the top-up amount and click BUY NOW.
  4. Fill in your information in the customer info.
  5. Click Place Order and complete the payment

Step 3: Contact OneShip team (for Offline top-up only)

If you top-up offline, kindly contact us via live chat and provide your top-up proof, including:

  • Business entity name / full name
  • OneShip account (log-in email / phone number)
  • Top-up order number
  • Top-up amount and currency
  • Payment proof (bank transfer only)

We will proceed with your top-up request within 1 business day after receiving your information above. Once your e-wallet is ready, there will be a notice in the Notification Center together with an email notification.You can start executing shipments right after the amount is added to your wallet! 

 

 

02 Notes

  • Your credit is valid for 1 year after the latest top-up date. You can find the expiration(YYYY-MM-DD) besides Account Balance. We will notify you in the Notification Center 30 days prior to the expiration date.
  • If there are other gifts in the top-up plans, please contact us on Live Chat to get the gifts.
