Service introduction OneShip offers the following Poslaju services through our platform to ship in Malaysia. OneShip reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🚛 Pick up and drop off Pick-up at doors You can schedule pick up service 7 days in advance, a driver will come on the reserved date within 10 am to 6.30 pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. There is no minimum number of parcels per pick up. Self-drop off to given location You can drop-off your item at the nearest post office, Poslaju outlet or our authorized drop-off point agents.Please check the drop off locations and business hours. Prohibited items Credit cards or ATM cards Human or animal remains Religious artifacts Firearms or swords Living things Poisonous or toxic substances Examination certificates, passports, and insurance documents that cannot be reproduced Written drafts, original films, tapes, and film material that cannot be reproduced Flammable, ignitable, or volatile items such as fireworks, kerosene, gas canisters or paint thinner Cash, cheques, bills, stocks and other marketable securities Perishable items such as vegetables, fruits etc. Basic liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, OneShip provides compensation of a maximum amount of RM 300 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 7 days from the date of status completed. If the item has already been declared lost then we will proceed with compensation of the item. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at email@example.com or on Live Chat within 48 hours from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case. (i) Photos of the damaged contents and packaging (including inside and outside) (ii) A copy of the consignment note (iii) Invoice of good (iv) Poslaju report form slip(provided by Poslaju after you report the damage to a nearby Poslaju point) Pricing For price list, please refer to Rate Card Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.Volumetric Weight formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000 The shipping fee will be charged based on parcel weight after OneShip measures the actual weight in distribution center.
