Service introduction DHL eCommerce offers the following services through the OneShip platform to ship in Malaysia. Coverage Domestic Delivery duration Peninsular Malaysia 1-3 Days East Malaysia 3-7 Days COD service ✅ Max weight 30kg Max dimension L+W+H ≦150cm Pick-up ✅ Pick-up time 9:00am - 18:00pm Drop-off Drop off locations Online tracking ✅ 📍 Before shipment creation, please kindly fill out the 📝 DHL Sub Account Application form to activate DHLeC service. The application would be reviewed in 1-2 business days. Send your parcels 📦Packaging guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to DHL eCommerce Packaging Guidelines.Make sure your shipment has been packed or wrapped perfectly during normal operation throughout the posting process.Packing your shipments with appropriate materials in the right way will help ensure they arrive safely and stay intact. DHL eCommerce reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🚛Pick up and drop off Pick-up at doors You can schedule pick up service 5 days in advance, a driver will come on the reserved date within 9.00am to 6.00pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. If there are less than 5 parcels per pick up, RM 5.00 will be charged per pick up. Self-drop off to given location You can drop-off your item at the nearest DHL eCommerce Point. Please check the Drop off locations and business hours. Prohibited items Please refer to the DHL eCommerce Prohibited Items and note that delivery is NOT available for the items in the list. Do ensure that your parcels do not contain any of the items in list before shipping with DHL eCommerce. Basic Liability DHL eCommerce liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or RM200 per parcel, whichever is lower. It is optional for you to purchase additional insurance service in order to increase your liability coverage.The Insurance fee is charged 2.50% SST and the compensation is equal to declaration value and insured value is capped at RM5500. Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 7 days from the date of status completed. If DHL eCommerce has already declared the item lost then we will proceed with compensation of the item. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case. (i) Photos of the damaged contents, packaging (including inside and outside) (ii) a copy of the consignment note (iii) invoice of good Pricing For price list, please refer to DHL eCommerce Rate Card Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.Volumetric Weight formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000 The shipping fee will be charged based on parcel weight after DHL eCommerce measures the actual weight in their distribution center.
