[Malaysia] Skynet - User Guide November 12, 2024 08:56 Updated Merchants in Malaysia are now able to execute shipments with Skynet shipping service on OneShip. Currently, Skynet is only available for domestic deliveries within Malaysia. Service Introduction Domestic delivery Skynet provides domestic delivery services in Malaysia, with dedicated trucks for heavy or bulky loads. Parcels will be delivered to customers in 3-5 days, starting from the driver pickup. Delivery date will be adjusted if falls on non-working dates. The lead time is as followed: Klang Valley 1-3 Days Outstation 3-5 Days East Malaysia 3-7 Days Send Your Parcels 🔍 Dimension Restrictions Maximum weight is 1000kg Dimensional weight cannot exceed 180cm x 150cm x 150cm 📦 Packaging Guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to Skynet Official Document. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labeled will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Skynet at the shipper's cost. Skynet reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🔴 Prohibited Items For security reasons and compliance with the law, Skynet prohibited dangerous items and restricted items from shipping. Please carefully check the list below and make sure your shipments don’t include prohibited items. Dangerous items include the following: Restricted items include the following: Drugs & tobacco, plant, liquors, handphone, firearms, livestock, jewelry, perishables, pornographic material, any forms of cash, pharmaceuticals, precious stones, pirated CDs, vcd, DVDs, passports, and iata restricted items. 🚛 Pickup and Dropoff Skynet specifies a minimum parcel quantity of 4 for each pick-up. Pick-up will only be provided if the minimum quantity requirements are met. For parcels over 30kg, pick-up and drop-off points must have the necessary equipment to handle OSS and deliver to the ground floor door. Basic liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, Skynet provides compensation of a maximum amount of RM 200 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 7 days from the date of status completed. If Skynet has already declared the item lost then Skynet will proceed with compensation of the item. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify OneShip at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date the item has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case. (i) Photos of the damaged contents and packaging (including inside and outside) (ii) a copy of the consignment note (iii) invoice of good Pricing For promotion and price list, please refer to Skynet Rate Card. Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher.Volumetric Weight formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000. A minimum charge of RM 50.00 + 6% SST is levied on accounts if the monthly invoice value falls below RM 50.00 COD remittance date varies from courier to courier, generally by the 3rd week of the month. 🕹Notes: Net prices are 6% SST included.
