Any cylindrical item, such as a barrel, drum, pail, or tyre, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container. Any package with the longest side exceeding 122 cm or its second longest side exceeding 76 cm. Any package with an actual weight greater than 32 kg. 02 Delivery Confirmation You can choose Signature Required or Adult Signature Required services. For both, UPS requests a signature before releasing the shipment and provides printed confirmation of delivery including the signature. Signature Required service:RM9.70 per package Adult Signature Required service:RM15.70 per package 03 Carbon Offset Offset the climate impact of your shipping with carbon neutral. When you select carbon neutral during shipment preparation, UPS will purchase offsets to mitigate the carbon (CO2) emissions associated with the transport of your shipment. Fee: RM2.60 per package 04 Delivery to the Recipient's Address Only Except for your requests, the parcel may not be re-routed, redirected, or delivered to an alternate address other than the recipient's address. Send your parcels 👩💼Vendor Collect ID It is recommended to provide your Vendor Collect ID (or VCID) when creating shipments, which can speed up customs clearance and prevent unnecessary import fees. VCIDs are new types of VAT registration numbers that are used for verified point-of-sale VAT charges collected for lower-value goods to customers in certain countries. A shipper’s IOSS Number, VOEC Number, or PVA Number are referred to as a VCID. The following VCID types are applicable when shipping to the following destinations: IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) Number is used when shipping to EU destinations Number Format: "IMxxxyyyyyyz" Positions 1-2 are "IM" Positions 3-5 are alpha/numeric characters Positions 6-12 are numeric digits PVA (Postponed VAT Accounting) Number is used when shipping to the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland Number Format: "GBxxxxxxxxxxxx" or "XIxxxxxxxxxxxx" Positions 1-2 are "GB" or “XI” Positions 3-14 are numeric digits VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) Number is used when shipping to Norway Number Format: "VOECxxxxxxx" Positions 1-4 are "VOEC" Positions 5-11 are numeric digits 👉 Please refer to requirements. 📦 Packaging guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to Packaging Guideline .To make sure your parcels don’t get damaged during the dispatch process, packaging your items appropriately is important. Find a rigid box that has all its flaps intact and use strong shipping tape. Wrap all items separately and use plenty of cushioning materials to protect your items. Ensure that the label on the packaging has clear and correct delivery information. UPS reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🚛 Pick up and drop off Pick-up at doors 🔵 Book the Pick-up Service after submitting shipments Step 1:Select booked shipments and request for Pick-up Service. Step 2:Select pickup date and Submit. Step 3:View more appointment details in the Notification Center. You can schedule pick up service 7 days in advance, a driver will come on the reserved date within 9:30 am to 18:00 pm to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. There is no minimum number of parcels per pick up. Self-drop off to given location You can drop-off your parcels at the nearest UPS Point. Please check the drop off location and business hours. Prohibited items For security reasons and compliance with the law, UPS may deal with your items, if you send prohibited goods or restricted goods, including but not limited to, disposing of the parcels. To avoid any losses, please carefully check the full list of prohibited or restricted items. Furthermore, every country has different shipping restrictions. Look up country-specific shipping restrictions. Basic liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where UPS is at fault, you’re entitled to make a claim. A shipment is automatically protected against loss or damage up to RM345 per shipment, or the declared value of the parcel, whichever is lower. Shipments with a declared value above RM345 are protected with a charge. You may purchase additional coverage against loss or damage at RM7.2 for each additional RM345. UPS's liability for any loss or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the declared value of the delivery item or RM172,500 per shipment, whichever is lower. Lost shipment If you have not received your parcel but the parcel status is completed, please notify us within 7 days from the date of status completed. If the item has already been declared lost then UPS will proceed with compensation of the item. Damage shipment If your parcel is damaged, please kindly notify our team at cs@oneship.io or on Live Chat within 7 days from the date the parcel has been received. You should provide us with the document list below to help us further investigate this case.
