Lalamove is currently only available for domestic deliveries within Malaysia. Adjusted prices will be automatically updated on the mobile and web app. 02 Waiting Fees Drivers are willing to wait for you, but it's important to be aware that there is an additional fee if the waiting time exceeds a specified duration. 03 Cancellation For a driver who is on the way to the destination, the driver will call to confirm the order prior to departing. If delivery is confirmed with the driver then and a cancellation happens after the scheduled time, the base price of the mode of the vehicle will be chargeable to the customer. 04 Multi-stop delivery Lalamove offers multi-stop delivery services, allowing users to include extra stops or request round trips. However, it's important to note that these services come with an additional charge. 05 Door-to-door service Lalamove will not help for loading, unloading, moving, hauling or lifting your shipment unless you request for the Door-to-Door Service. Additional fee will be applied for Door-to-Door service, related cost is based on Lalamove’s sole discretion. Apply for a Lalamove account If you already have a Lalamove account, please make sure your Lalamove account has been integrated to OneShip. If not, please apply for a Lalamove account before shipment execution. You can refer to How to integrate your Lalamove account? Send your parcels 📦Packaging guidelines Parcels must be packaged according to the Packaging Guideline. Make sure your shipment has been packed or wrapped perfectly during normal operation throughout the posting process. Packing your shipments with appropriate materials in the right way will help ensure they arrive safely and stay intact. Lalamove reserves the right to reject and/or decline to deliver any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labeled. 🚛Pick up at door The advanced schedule features allow you to book a delivery at least 30 minutes earlier. A driver will come on the reserved date and time to pick up parcels and will contact you via phone. There is no minimum number of parcels per pick up. Prohibited items In any circumstances, you shall not dispatch (and Lalamove is entitled to refuse transport of) any articles that are prohibited by law, dangerous or hazardous materials, perishable substances, and radioactive material. You will not transport alcohol or tobacco products as part of its shipment if prohibited by local law or regulation. You shall be permitted to deliver alcohol and/or tobacco products if local laws or regulations permit the transportation of alcohol and/or tobacco products. Basic Liability In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, where the courier is at fault, Lalamove provides compensation of a maximum amount of RM 400 per Parcel or the declared value of the Parcel, whichever is lower. Any claims must be made within 24 hours after the delivery has been completed, failing which Lalamove shall have no liability whatsoever. You must submit all claims using live chat with Lalamove customer service team by providing evidence and relevant proof of the value of the goods with photos.
